SHIPPING

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! Shipping to the US and Canada is available through our online checkout. For international shipping inquires, please email us.

How much is shipping?
Shipping ranges in cost based on package size and recipient distance.

Do you offer free shipping?
Certain items offer free shipping but most items have an added shipping charge to the oversize nature of skiing, snowboarding, and stand up paddle boarding.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Our super star one man fulfillment team will do their best to ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, but can be expedited and shipped out Saturday.

Do you offer overnight/express shipping?
Yes. For express shipping options, please call, text, email, or chat with us!

I haven’t received my order, can you help?
Of course. Just call, text, email, or chat with us and we’ll take care of you.

CURBSIDE/IN STORE PICKUP

Do you offer curbside/in store pickup?
Yes! We offer curbside pickup at our Jamaica, VT warehouse location. Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

What are the hours of availability for Curbside Pickup?
6am - 10pm // 7 days a week.

What payment methods do you you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also checkout using paypal, apple pay, and shop pay expedited checkout methods. Please note expedited checkout methods may not show all shipping/pickup options.

Do you accept cash payments?
You may make a private appointment to shop at our Jamaica, VT warehouse by calling, texting, emailing, or chatting with us. Payments accepted here include cash and credit card.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged call, text, email, or chat with us and we’ll help find a solution.

I got the wrong size, can I exchange it?
You can exchange an item for a different size. Just call, text, email, or chat with us and we’ll help you out.

Are there any discounts available?
We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible at all times, because lets face it, why wait for annual sales? Additional flash discounts are occasionally released via our email list, and social media pages. Like, follow, and subscribe to our channels to stay up to date on the latest sales!

PRODUCTS

Do you have more products that aren’t listed on your website?
Yes! We get tons of gear throughout the seasons that doesn’t have a chance to make it onto the website. Just call, text, or email us what you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can find.

Do you have other ski boot options?
Yes! We have over 1000 new and used ski boots in our warehouse at any given time. We’d love to offer a personalized private virtual boot fitting session at no charge, just call, text, or email us and we’ll get your feet into the right gear.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

I don’t like my gear, can I return my recent purchase?
Used equipment is sold as-is and cannot be returned. New equipment can be returned un-opened and un-used within 7 days for a full refund. Sale items and items returned after 7 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. Call, text, email, or chat with us to see if your equipment is eligible for return.

Do you buy used equipment?
Yes, we are always looking for good quality used ski, snowboard, and stand up paddleboard gear. You can get paid CASH or trade your gear towards a new setup. Just call, text, or email us to get started.
