Fabulous customer service! I bought my 404 LTD from them in 2022. John, the owner, is a great coach and really enjoys teaching techniques for paddling. I did a clinic with him at Carolina Cup in 2023 and it helped me make my stroke more efficient and I felt good during the whole race implementing his coaching tips. He can even do video coaching remotely! Great business and great coach!
