DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic orders are charged in USD, can be placed online, and are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. Weekends and holidays may extend this time. Standard ground shipping may take anywhere from 3-7 days. This timeline can be extended due to weather, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of UPS or USPS, we can no longer make changes, update addresses, or deliver items faster. Delivery, shipping times, and logistics are handled by UPS or USPS depending on which service was used to ship your package(s).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THEY ARRIVE BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE. REFUSED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are charged in their local currency and converted at the spot rate once payment clears, by our payment provider. We are not responsible for collecting payment or currency conversions for orders placed online.
All international (Non U.S.) orders are 100% responsible for all import fees including brokerage, documentation, taxes, duties, etc.
ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REFUSED/RETURNED DUE TO UNPAID IMPORT FEES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THEY MAKE IT BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE. REFUSED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT ON THEIR WAY BACK TO US WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
