New equipment may be returned if postmarked within 7 days of receipt with some exceptions. New equipment must be returned unused and in all original packaging, with all original tags/stickers/accessories included. Returned new equipment will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- New items sold on sale, special ordered, or paid for using discount/promo codes can not be returned.
- New Ski Boots can not be returned and can only be exchanged.
New Equipment that is the wrong size or does not fit properly may be exchanged for a comparable in stock item if available. Additional shipping charges will be charged for exchanges. Helmets, goggles, socks, and base layers can not be returned or exchanged.
Used equipment is sold as is and all sales are final. We encourage you to get in touch to get specifics and exact details regarding the gear you are shopping for. We are happy to take more photos and videos for you at no additional charge.
