EXCHANGES
Some gear may be exchanged for a different size, ONLY if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. In this scenario if an alternate size/option isn’t available, a store credit will be issued. EXCHANGE SHIPPING IS ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. In the event of an exchange, items MUST be returned in original condition with all packaging, hang tags, and free of damage or signs of use (i.e. ski boots can’t be skied on). Items will be thoroughly inspected and a 20% restocking fee deducted when the above criteria is not met. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To initiate an exchange, call us or click here. - Bags, Packs, Luggage, and Cases
- Helmets, Goggles, and Sunglasses
- Any skis and/or boots that have been put through a mounting/adjustment/release check service are 100% final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
ORDER ERROR
In the event of an error on our part, we will make it right. You’re never on the hook for our mistake. Just let us know the issue, and we’ll fix it.
REFUSED/UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for refused or undeliverable shipments, if the shipping address was provided incorrectly. If/when a refused/returned shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will work with the customer to figure out the best path forward. We are not responsible for refused/returned shipments that never make it back to our warehouse.
