ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed and payed for securely through our website. Just add the wanted item(s) to your cart, and follow the guided steps through secure checkout.

Do you offer discounts?

We typically do not offer discounts. Our policy is to always have the lowest prices year round.

How quickly are orders fulfilled?

Most orders are fulfilled the same day. Occasionally it may take 24-48 hours to fulfill an order. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please contact us first and we will ensure a speedy fulfillment.

Do you price match?

We will price match other retailers located in the USA pricing their products in USD. To receive a price match, the competing retailer must have the same item(s) in stock in the same size and same year/make/model. To initiate a price match request, click here.

Can you mount/adjust bindings?

We do not offer in house mounting or binding adjustments. We do offer a service with a partner shop where we can have this done. We will need both ski boots to do this. All skis and/or boots purchased from us that have been mounted/adjusted/release checked are 100% final sale no exceptions. To add mount/adjustment/release check to your order contact us here.

SHIPPING

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

We typically do not fulfill and ship out orders on weekends and holidays.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer 3 speed options for shipping to most locations in the continental US. These options are defined and can be selected during checkout. Please note that shipping times are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed to arrive in time. Once UPS or USPS has your order, delivery speed is at their mercy.

I think my order got lost in transit can you help?

Absolutely! Just contact us and we will help find it and sort everything out. We will always make sure you receive your order!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada by default. We will ship to other countries on a case by case basis. Please email us and we can offer a shipping quote and timeline for your international order.

I entered the wrong shipping address details, can I change them?

If we can catch the order and make the change before the shipment is picked up, we will happily change the address for you.

Once an order has been picked up by the shipping company, we are unable to change any addresses. We are only able to request a “return to sender”. In this event, your best bet is to place a second order with updated address. Once the original shipment returns to us, we will refund the original order less the shipping label cost.

Please email us immediately if you realize the shipping address on your order confirmation is incorrect.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

In order to keep prices low and waste to a minimum, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. You can read more about our return/exchange policy here.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). All shipping costs related to an exchange for size issues are the responsibility of the purchaser this includes shipping back to use and re-shipping of the correct size.

I received the wrong item(s) in my order. Now what?

Once in a while we will make a mistake during fulfillment and accidentally ship the wrong size or item for your order. We pledge to always make this right! If you receive the wrong size or the wrong item that you did not order, contact us and we will take care of everything.

Why don't you accept returns?

We have chosen an "all sales final" model with no returns accepted to reduce waste, lower harmful emissions via reduced shipping volume, and to keep our prices as low as possible year round.

The amount of waste generated from returns is MASSIVE and many returned items end up in landfills around the world.

We are available 7 days a week to help you buy the right gear in the right size the first time, so you won't have to return anything anyway.

PRODUCTS

Why are ski boot sizes written with two sizes like 25/25.5?

Most ski boot manufacturers currently only release boots sized on the half size i.e. 25.5, 26.5, 27.5, 28.5, etc. We are happy to help you find the perfect size to buy! You can also view our ski boot size chart for an idea on the right size for you.

Do your skis come mounted?

Some skis come pre-mounted and some skis come with bindings separate. Regardless, all bindings need to be professionally adjusted and release checked by a certified binding technician before use. If you have any questions about skis and bindings ask us here!

What is Gripwalk?

Gripwalk is a newer type of boot sole for ski boots that makes walking in ski boot easier. Gripwalk ski boots (denoted by ISO 23223 and a small Gripwalk logo sticker) REQUIRE Gripwalk compatible ski bindings.

Gripwalk compatible ski bindings are compatible with both Gripwalk ISO 23223 and Traditional Alpine ISO 5355. If you have any questions about Gripwalk ask them here.
